SHE-Defined is a transformational online summit designed for women in the second half of life who are navigating identity shifts, transitions, and the quiet question of “Who am I now?” This summit is not about fixing women — it’s about reminding them who they already are. Over the course of the summit (January 20–26), attendees will watch the prerecorded video interviews from a curated group of experts who serve women in all areas of life such as (to list a few):
Identity and purpose after midlife transitions
Empty nesting and redefining roles
Finances, retirement, and creating security with confidence
Menopause, health, and energy
Marriage, divorce, widowhood, and evolving relationships
Emotional resilience, mindset, and personal growth
Travel, adventure, and designing a meaningful next chapter
Each conversation is designed to be practical, encouraging, and perspective-shifting, helping women recognize the invisible barriers that keep them stuck — and offering tools to move beyond them.
Summit Theme: Breaking barriers we face in the second half of life so we can rise to meet our greatest potential.
A core concept woven throughout the summit is this: life events themselves are neutral — it’s our interpretation and patterns of thinking that determine whether we feel limited or empowered. Through awareness, reframing, and intentional tools, women learn how to change the way they see themselves and their circumstances — and in doing so, change what becomes possible. What Makes SHE-Defined Different: Conversations focus on identity and inner transformation, not just information. Experts are invited to speak from both professional expertise and lived wisdom. The tone is authentic, hopeful, and grounded — not hype-driven. Attendees are encouraged to reconnect with their values, strengths, and sense of agency. Experts are featured in pre-recorded, podcast-style interviews designed to feel natural and conversational.
About the Host – Louise Kohl
Louise Kohl is a Transformation Coach, mentor, and guide for women navigating midlife transitions. She specializes in helping women move from feeling stuck, invisible, or uncertain into a renewed sense of clarity, confidence, and purpose. After years of personal growth, leadership development, and real-life experience across multiple seasons of change, Louise recognized a common pattern among women in midlife: they often have wisdom, strength, and resilience — yet underestimate their own worth and possibility.
Louise’s work centers on:
Identity shifts and self-awareness
Personal responsibility and empowered choice
Gratitude as a powerful mindset and neurological tool
Rewiring habitual thought patterns that limit growth
Her approach blends neuroscience-informed mindset work, lived experience, and grounded wisdom, creating space for women to see themselves — and their future — differently. Louise is passionate about helping women stop settling for the status quo and begin living intentionally, with peace, courage, and joy. SHE-Defined was created as an invitation for women to redefine themselves on their own terms — not by past roles, expectations, or limitations.
